Frequently Asked Questions
May I use Financial Aid to pay for Rent for my Apt On-Campus?
We do offer a special payment plan for those receiving Financial Aid. Upon providing proof of financial aid to our Collections Manager by the appropriate deadline (call for that deadline) we may defer the payments for the months of July & August. You will make-up those payments with your September rent payment which is due September 1st. Typically the university distributes financial Aid funds the 3rd week in August. Furthermore, you will pay July, August and September rent on September 1st.

No other payment plan options or deferments are available.
