Our apartment has one parking spot available with a sublease spot, but there is always street parking available. The rooms available are the two biggest ones. One of them has the washer/dryer in it, but it is tucked in a nook in the wall and the room itself is still fairly big. It is about a 10-15 min walk to campus. We resigned from last year, so rent is cheaper than the apartment is listed for and the $610/month includes individual leases and utilities (electric, gas, water, internet).
