Hi all current residents & co-signers! For most, move-out day is quickly approaching. Our security deposit procedure was explained during the lease signing process but, here is a quick Q & A about how it works: 

1. When will I receive my security deposit? 

Your check will be mailed (Minus damages, cleaning etc. - if any is needed as determined during your scheduled move-out day/time) within 30 days. 

2. Where will the check be mailed to?

It will be mailed to your home/parents address you listed on your student information sheet when you signed your lease. 

3. If there are charges against my security deposit will I receive a breakdown/summary of charges along with paid invoices, receipts etc.? 

Absolutely! It will all be uploaded to your resident portal (FirstSiteApartments.com) within 30 days of your move-out inspection date. We will send you a text/email when the documents are uploaded to your resident portal. If you have trouble logging-on call us asap at 309-888-4444. 

4. How can I avoid security deposit charges?
