Dear Current Residents,

I hope you had a wonderful summer and thank you for choosing First Site as your home for the 17/18 school year. Even though classes have just begun, it is time to decide where you will live next year! We would like you to have the first opportunity to re-sign for your apartment. However, as I’m sure you are
aware, there is currently a shortage of centrally located quality housing on-campus. Our doors will be open throughout August and September to assist you in re-signing or transferring to the perfect apartment, and ensuring you are set for the 2018-2019 school year.

Your current apartment will be held for you until September 5, 2017. If you would like to re-sign please contact me immediately; after this date anyone can sign for your apartment!

Should you choose to re-sign your current lease, here are the benefits you will receive:

• BEAT THE RUSH - Get your housing for 2018-2019 school year all set up and taken care of
ahead of the rest!

• Your rent will NOT increase and you will NOT have to pay a new security deposit!

• $100 Bonus for each person that re-signs. (The sooner you re-sign the faster you get your $$$)

• You can relax in your apartment while other students are renting U-Hauls and deciding how to move
to their new place, or worse yet deciding where to stay for the week in between move-out and
move-in dates.

• Need a Fall/Spring Lease? We can make arrangements for you at various locations!
If you transfer to another one of First Site’s 555 on-campus apartments, I can make arrangements
for you to stay until your new home is ready. Schedule an appointment for September 6th to transfer and look at any of our First Site locations. Please contact me with any questions or concerns.

9/6/17-9/26/17 Any First Site resident can sign for any First Site apartment, including yours.
Starting 9/27/17 Any ISU student can sign for any First Site apartment (Open Leasing)

NOTE: With the large freshmen class two years in a row and overall higher enrollment we anticipate that many students will be starting their apartment searches earlier than ever, which is why we are getting you this information so promptly!
