Hello Everyone and welcome to First Site! You signed a lease for the 2018/19 school year and payments are about to begin. Most payment plans start April 1, 2018, but check your lease to confirm. PLEASE REMEMBER… all payments must be made via the resident portal.

Do you live with us now and you’re staying with us for 2018/19?:

Even though you live with us now you will have a separate account for your new lease. Therefore, if you have reoccurring payments on your current lease you must stop them and reactivate them for the future lease (Applicant Lease). See sample below…
