Move-in day is approaching… We are excited and ready for your arrival. In order to better serve you, we have scheduled move-in orientations for May 17th, 2020.
The schedule below has your apartment’s date/time for your orientation meeting. During this meeting in our office, a staff member will review our policy book with you, issue keys and a staff member will meet you at your new apartment.
Remember, your lease does NOT begin until June 15th, however as a courtesy we are allowing apartments to move-in starting on May 17th.
Please contact all your roommates and inform them of the appointment below.
Can’t make that appointment? No Problem! Simply coordinate with your roommates to find a day/time that works best for everyone after May 18th, and simply call our office to schedule an appointment with our Office Coordinator (make-up appointments must give the office 24-hour notice to adequately schedule our staff and have your apartment keys and all necessary arrangements).
VERY IMPORTANT: The apartment must have a zero-dollar balance, if there is an outstanding balance or missing Guaranty Forms (co-signer) for the apartment, it may delay your move-in experience.
Due to Covid-19, we will only allow one non-resident to accompany each resident into the building. We have added many extra hours to this process to limit the number of people in our office at one time. Additionally, we ask that all visitors to our office wear masks to protect our residents and staff. If you are unable to bring a mask, we will provide one for you.
