Move-in day is approaching! We are excited and ready for your arrival! To better serve you, we have scheduled move-in orientations for June 9^th, 10^th, 11^th & 12^th. During this meeting in our office, a staff member will present our policy book to you and issue keys. After the orientation, a First Site staff member will meet you at your new apartment.

Please call the office or email acavazos@fsite-apts.com to schedule an appointment to pick up keys no later than 5 p.m. on Monday, June 8^th. If you do not schedule an appointment or cannot make the trip on the dates above, it is no problem. Simply schedule an appointment on or after June 15^th.

Please coordinate with all your roommates for the appointment time. All roommates are not required to attend, but anyone not present will need to schedule an additional appointment for their own key pick-up on or after June 15^th. Therefore, it is preferable that everyone visits our office at the same time.

Remember, your lease does NOT begin until June 15^th, 2020. However, as a courtesy we are allowing residents to move-in a few days early!

 Very Important: The apartment must have a zero-dollar balance, if there is an outstanding balance or missing Guaranty Forms (co-signer) for the apartment, it will delay your move-in experience.
