Important Message About Apartment Showings/Tours/Visits

Welcome Back.

At First Site, the health and safety of our residents, staff and vendors is of paramount concern. In addition, First Site strives to provide premier services to maximize your First Site leasing experience. In consideration of those core values, First Site has implemented protocols for staff, including maintenance personnel, and vendors, visiting your units. All such individuals will wear masks and disinfect surfaces touched by them, in the event they are required to be within your leased unit. If you should have specific questions or concerns regarding maintenance protocols, please contact the First Site leasing or maintenance line.

In a further effort to promote the health and safety of its residents, First Site grounds teams are frequently cleaning and disinfecting common areas, such as hallways, stairways, pools, meeting rooms, fitness rooms and other common amenity spaces. First Site has also increased efforts to maintain a clean and safe office environment. First Site staff wear masks, safety shields have been installed, meeting tables and waiting areas are frequently cleaned, and disinfectant gels are available for use of staff, vendors and tenants, alike.

Finally, please recall that as part of selecting your residence for this academic year, First Site offered you an opportunity to tour that unit. This required the previous tenant(s) of your unit to provide access for that purpose. This access was integral to you selecting your leased unit and being comfortable that it would meet your needs. As part of your lease agreement, you agreed to provide this same opportunity to future tenants of First Site.  As such, First Site reminds you that they may be contacting you to arrange a tour of your unit. Please know that at the time of any tour, all First Site staff and potential tenants will wear appropriate facial coverings, will not touch surfaces other than doorknobs and light switches, and that those surfaces will be disinfected prior to leaving your unit. You are not required, though may elect, to be present at the time of any tour. A typical tour takes approximately five minutes. Your cooperation is appreciated in continuing to provide this opportunity, and the associated assurances, to future tenants.

If you should have any questions regarding efforts being taken by First Site, please contact the First Site office.
