Move-in day is approaching… We are excited and ready for your arrival. To better serve you, we have scheduled move-in orientations for August 9^th-14^th 

(Please see schedule below) 

The schedule below has your apartment’s date/time for your orientation meeting. During this meeting in our office, a staff member will review our policy book with you, issue keys and a staff member will meet you at your new apartment.

 

Remember, your lease does NOT begin until August 14th, however as a courtesy we are allowing apartments to move-in starting on August 9th.     

 

Please contact all your roommates and inform them of the appointment below.

Can’t make that appointment? No Problem! Simply coordinate with your roommates to find a day/time that works best for everyone on or after August 14^th and call our office to schedule an appointment with our Office Coordinator. Make-up appointments must give the office 24-hour notice to adequately schedule our staff and have your apartment keys and all necessary arrangements.

 

As a courtesy to accommodate our residents, we are also allowing residents to move in the week prior (Aug. 3^rd-6^th). To do so, one resident must sign a waiver to forego the touch-up cleaning process, as our cleaners will not be available until the official move-in week. If you would like to move in during that time, please call our office to schedule an appointment to sign the waiver and pick up your keys *This option is not available for units that are being renovated and receiving various updates if noted on your lease.

 

VERY IMPORTANT: 

• All residents must call and schedule an appointment for move-in if they cannot come at the scheduled time.
• The apartment must have a zero-dollar balance, if there is an outstanding balance or missing Guaranty Forms (co-signer) for the apartment, it may delay your move-in experience.
