Move-in day is approaching! We are excited and ready for your arrival! If your lease begins June 13, 2022 simply follow these easy steps to collect your keys:
- Commmunicate with your roommates to see what time you'd like to visit the office as a group for a move-in orientation and key pick-up. Usually just takes 15-20 minutes. Only one appointment time per apartment on June 13th. Give us a call when you're ready to schedule: (309) 888-4444.
- Can't make it June 13th? No problem, simply call and schedule a time for another day.
During this move-in orientation our office (138 E. Beaufort St.) , a staff member will provide important information, issue apartment keys, fobs, mailbox combonations and then we will meet you at your new apartment to make sure your transition is smooth.
Remember, if you cannot make the visit on the date/time we have set for your unit, it is no problem. We will be doing orientations every day starting June 14th at 10am and 3pm. Please keep in mind an appointment is required for the initial key pick-up to ensure we have the staff available to assist you. No walk-ins will be allowed.
All roommates are not required to attend, but anyone not present will need to schedule an additional appointment for their own key pick-up on or after June 14th. Therefore, it is preferable that everyone visits our office at the same time.
Very Important: The apartment must have a zero-dollar balance, if there is an outstanding balance or missing Guaranty Forms (co-signer) for the apartment, it will delay your move-in experience.
