Move-in day is approaching! We are excited and ready for your arrival! If your lease begins August 17, 2024, simply follow these easy steps to collect your keys:

August 16th or August 17th  2024 (Move-in Day)

Communicate with your roommates to see what time you'd like to visit the office as a group for a move-in orientation and key pick-up. Usually, it just takes 15-20 minutes. Only one appointment time per apartment. Give us a call when you're ready to schedule: (309) 888-4444.

Can't make it August 16th or 17th? No problem, simply call and schedule a time for another day. To ensure we are prepared for your arrival, we require at least 3 business days notice for your key pick-up appointment.

During this move-in orientation at our office (138 E. Beaufort St.), a staff member will provide important information, issue apartment keys, fobs, mailbox combinations to make sure your transition is smooth.

 Please keep in mind an appointment is required for the initial key pick-up to ensure we have the staff available to assist you.  No walk-ins will be allowed.

All roommates are not required to attend. After the initial key pick-up, any roommate(s) who have not picked up keys can walk in within business hours to get keys. The roommate doing the initial key pick up will be responsible for doing the walk through of the whole apartment. Therefore, it is preferable that everyone visits our office at the same time.

Very Important: The apartment must have a zero-dollar balance, if there is an outstanding balance or missing Guaranty Forms (co-signer) for the apartment, it will delay your move-in experience.

Apartments that are occupied for the summer (apartment is currently occupied with a summer lease) or are being renovated over the summer can't move-in until the official lease start date of August 17, 2024.
