We understand that financial aid can play a crucial role in covering housing costs, so we’re offering an option to defer payments for those who qualify. Please review the steps below to successfully submit your Financial Aid award letter and apply for a payment deferral.
🔹 Who Can Apply?
This option is available to all lessees but is not required. To qualify for deferred payments:
✅ Your lease must be fully signed by all parties (including co-signers).
✅ Your account balance must be at $0.
🔹 How to Apply for Payment Deferral
📅 Submit a copy of your Financial Aid award letter no later than June 12, 2025 to financialaid@fsite-apts.com.
🔹 Important Payment Information
💰 Standard on-campus lease payments begin in April.
💸 You are still responsible for April, May, and June payments.
⏳ Rent for July and August will be posted to your Resident Portal but will not be due until your September payment.
For further details, please refer to your lease agreement to confirm your payment schedule.
