Big “THANK YOU” to all residents who signed with us for the 2025/26 school year! Most payment plans start April 1st, check your lease to see when payments start. Remember, when you signed your lease, you were given a copy and one was mailed to your home address.

If your payments do begin 4/1/25, please register on your resident portal now to make sure you have no problems logging-in: RESIDENT PORTAL

When registering, please use email you gave us when you signed your lease. If you signed a "Joint" lease all of your ledgers will be combined. Example: If you signed for a 2-bedroom and your per-person payment is $500, the charge will appear as $1000 on the first of the month ($500 per person). Charges will appear on the first of the month, therefore if you log-in before the first you won’t see a charge appear yet.

If you're a current resident, please log-on to portal and make sure you change the lease being viewed to your future lease for 2025/26. To do this, use icon on main menu “Change My Lease”. If you have recurring payments set-up for your account for 2024/25, please remember you have to stop current payment and set-up a new recurring payment for NEW lease, it won't just carry over even if you plan to stay in the same exact apartment. Paying on wrong account will cause late fees. Thank you very much!
