As we navigate through another exciting year together, we wanted to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for choosing First Site as your home. We understand that finding the perfect place to call home is a journey, and we're honored to be part of yours. One of the benefits of being part of the First Site family is our seamless transfer process.
If you're moving to another First Site apartment with a 12-month lease you'll remain in your current apartment until your new one is ready. First Site will notify you when your new apartment is ready for key pick up. You'll have 12-24 hours to transfer all your personal items to the new apartment.This transfer window is between May 12th and June 6th. Additionally, please ensure: Your current apartment is packed and organized for an easy move-out. A Move-Out inspection of your current apartment will be scheduled after you are notified that your new apartment is ready. If you're not interested in participating in the transfer process, there is no obligation to do so. Simply come to the leasing office to schedule a move-out. The dates to schedule a move-out are April 16-18th from 9:00AM-1:00PM. See move-out post for more details if you plan to OPT OUT of the Transfer process.
