Early Move in

Move-in day is approaching… We are excited and ready for your arrival. In order to better serve you, we have scheduled move-in orientations starting Monday May 19th, 2025.

The schedule below has your apartment’s date/time for your orientation. During this time, a staff member will issue keys, go over a brief orientation (power point) to assist with your move-in experience.  REMINDER: after your orientation you are able to start moving into your apartment. 

Can’t make that appointment? No Problem! Simply coordinate with your roommate(s) to find a day/time that works best for everyone after May 19th, and simply call our office to schedule an appointment with our Office Coordinators.  All roommates are not required to attend. After the initial key pick up, any roommate(s)  who have not picked up keys can walk in within business hours to get keys. The roommate who completes the initial key pick up will be responsible for the walk throught of the entire apartments (bedroom(s), bathroom(s), common area(s), etc. )  Therefore, it is preferable that everyone visits our office at the same time.

VERY IMPORTANT: The apartment must have a zero-dollar balance, if there is an outstanding balance or missing Guaranty Forms (co-signer) for the apartment, it will delay your move-in experience.

***The following apartments will be delayed until Tuesday, May 27th (104 Cherry Apt. 26, 1010 Main Apt. 64 & 606 S. Linden Apt.32).***
