Move-In News for 10-Payment Leases

We’re excited to welcome you to your new home! If your lease begins on Saturday, August 16, 2025, please follow these steps to ensure an easy move-in process:

📅 Move-In Dates: Thursday, August 14th – Saturday, August 16th

Move-in appointments are available at the following times:

• August 14th & 15th – appointments at 10:00 AM or 3:00 PM
   

• August 16th – appointments anytime between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM

Coordinate with your roommates to select a time to visit the office as a group for your orientation and key pick-up. This process takes 15–20 minutes, and only one appointment is required per apartment.

Please note that residents moving into the following units can not schedule a key pick-up until Friday, August 15th:

Oaks #9, Oaks #22, Oaks #28, Oaks #32, Oaks #51, Oaks #84, 1010 Lofts #16, Uptown #33, and Uptown #35

📍 What to Expect at Your Appointment

During your appointment at our office (138 E. Beaufort St., Suite A), a staff member will provide important move-in details and issue apartment keys, fobs, and mailbox combinations.
 

Note: Whoever attends the initial key pick-up is responsible for completing the walkthrough for the entire apartment. It is strongly preferred that all roommates come together, but not all are required to attend at the same time. Roommates who don’t attend the initial pick-up can walk in during business hours to collect their keys later.

❗ Important Reminders

• Appointments are required for initial key pick-up so we can have staff ready for your orientation.

• To avoid delays, please ensure the apartment has a $0 balance (August rent paid) and that all required Guaranty Forms (co-signer forms) are submitted.
