Attention all current and future residents!

We are thrilled to welcome you as a valued resident of the First Site community! To help you navigate your living experience with ease, we’ve outlined everything you need to know about the Resident Portal. This app is your go-to resource for managing your lease, submitting payments, maintenance requests and more.

Within 24-48 hours of signing your lease, we will create your personalized Resident Portal. This app is completely free and available for download on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. For help setting up your account, give us a call at (309) 888-4444.

Understanding your Payment Setup

Whether you are on a joint or individual lease, navigating the Resident Portal is simple:

  • Upon opening the app, you will see the balance of your rent on the home page.

  • Rent is posted on the first day of each month, with a five-day grace period to make your payment without incurring a penalty.

For a joint lease, the amount you see will be the total rent due for all residents under the lease. For an individual lease, the balance shown reflects only your portion.

To make a payment, simply click “Make Payment”. Reminder, if you’re on a joint lease be sure to adjust the payment amount to reflect your portion of the rent, which can be found on the Payment Schedule page of your Lease Agreement. Ensure you have a reliable payment source in your portal wallet, and submit the payment.

Set up Auto-Pay for Convenience

Avoid late fees by setting up automatic payments. Just navigate to the “Payments” tab and select “Auto-Payment.” Enter your rent amount, preferred payment source, and desired payment date. Once submitted, your rent will be paid automatically based on the details you provided.

More than Just Payments: Explore the Portal

Your Resident Portal is a key part of your First Site Living experience:

  • Maintenance Requests: Access the “Request Maintenance” tab in the quick links section. Be sure to provide a clear description and attach photos – this helps our Maintenance Team respond quickly and effectively.

  • Documents: Access the “Documents” tab in the quick links section. This is where you can view and electronically sign important documents. For example, your signed Lease Agreement is always available here for easy reference.

These are the tips and tools you need to manage your Rent and Resident Portal. Should you have any remaining questions or comments, please give us a call or stop by our leasing office.
