Move-In News for 12-Payment Leases

We’re excited to welcome you to your new home! If your lease begins on Friday, June 12, 2026, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth and easy move-in process:

📅 Move-In Day – Friday, June 12, 2026

Coordinate with your roommates to select a time to visit the office as a group for your move-in orientation and key pick-up. This process typically takes 15–20 minutes, and only one appointment per apartment is needed.

🌟 Bonus – Early Appointments on Thursday, June 11th

We are offering a limited number of move-in appointments on Thursday, June 11th, available on a first-call, first-serve basis. Once all time slots for that day are filled, it will no longer be available—so don’t wait to reach out!

Although your lease officially begins June 12th, we are happy to accommodate early move-in starting June 11th. That being said, if you're enjoying your time in your hometown, there’s no rush. You’re welcome to collect your keys any time throughout the summer—simply call us to schedule an appointment at your convenience.

📍 What to Expect at Your Appointment

During your appointment at our office (138 E. Beaufort St. Suite A), a staff member will:

• Provide important move-in details

• Issue apartment keys, fobs, and mailbox combinations
   

Note: Not all roommates are required to attend. However, whoever picks up the keys will be responsible for completing the walkthrough for the entire apartment. It is strongly preferred that all roommates come together. Roommates who don’t attend can walk in during business hours later to collect their keys.

❗ Important Reminders

• Appointments are required for initial key pick-up so we can have staff ready.

• No Saturday appointments or walk-ins will be accepted.

  • If you're unable to make it on June 11th or 12th, call to schedule June 15th or later—we require at least 3 business days’ notice.

• To avoid delays, please ensure the apartment has a $0 balance and that all required Guaranty Forms (co-signer documents) are submitted in advance.
