Thank you for signing a 10-payment lease for the 2026/27 school year!
Your lease officially begins, Saturday August 15, 2026. If you received a text message saying your apartment qualifies for early move-in, you can take advantage of these benefits:
Move-in to your new apartment on Thursday, July 30th or Friday, July 31st:
- More time to settle-in before school starts
- Avoid long lines at local shopping centers
- general traffic around campus, etc.
If your unit would like to take part in early move-in, please return the completed forms (see link below)
The form can only be submitted to: emi@fsite-apts.com (payment must be made via the resident portal if approved for early move-in).
Your apartment doesn't want to participate in Early Move-in? No Problem! On August 6th, 2026, we will release a move-in schedule for Saturday, August 15, 2026 which is the day your lease begins.
Why do some apartments not qualify for Early Move-in? Apartments that are occupied for the summer (apartment is currently housing a summer lease) or are being renovated over the summer can't move-in until the official lease start date of August 15, 2026.
