Dear Residents of 104 and 116 Cherry,
As always, First Site is constantly looking for new ways to improve our communities and create a better living experience for our tenants. This Friday (November 21, 2014) at 8 a.m. our maintenance team will be starting to replace all of the windows in the 104 and 116 Cherry complexes. Our maintenance team will be working on site during the holiday break. Please make sure to move any furniture and personal belongings that may be blocking the windows in your apartment are moved in order to ensure work can be completed in a timely manner.
There will be no parking in between the 104 and 116 Cherry buildings as well as the first 9 spots in the 116 Cherry parking lot. Please see the following graph that depicts where there will be no parking starting tomorrow.
