Thank you for signing a 10-payment lease for the 2023/24 school year!

Your lease officially begins, Saturday August 19, 2023.  

If you recieved a text message saying your apartment qualifies for early move-in, you can take advantage of these benefits:

• Move-in to your new apartment on August 2nd or 3rd!

• More time to settle-in before school starts

• Avoid long lines at local shopping centers, general traffic around campus, etc.

If you and your roommates would like to participate simply follow these easy steps: 

• Call our office and schedule an appointment for August 2nd or 3rd (First-come-first-serve basis) 

• Review and complete Early move-in form below: 

Early Move-in Form

• Print and bring the completed form with you on move-in day

• Bring a check or credit card for early move-in fee on move-in day

• All roommates don't have to be present on move-in day (August 2nd or 3rd) however, form must be submitted on that day with all roommate signatures and full payment

Your apartment doesn't want to participate in Early Move-in?

• No Problem! On August 4, 2023, we will release a move-in schedule for Saturday, August 19, 2023 which is the day your lease begins.  

Why do some apartments not qualify for Early Move-in?

Apartments that are occupied for the summer (apartment is currently occupied with a summer lease) or are being renovated over the summer can't move-in until the official lease start date of August 19, 2023.
